Paper Angel Image

Paper or Dresden Angel Wings

Paper Collar cut from decorative paper

Crepe Paper

Bird Images

Dresden Stars

Glue

Wire

Enlarge or reduce Angel image to fit inside glass dome. Adorn your angel with wing, star and glitter. Glue to middle wood base. Construct a paper collar by laying glass dome down onto decorative paper and tracing the shape of the dome. Cut out inside and then cut around paper to form paper collar shape. Glue on wood base. Adorn your paper collar with crepe rosettes, cut out bird images and dresden stars.
